Powder coating hoppers are one of the essential components of electrostatic powder coating systems.

At the bottom of the hopper, there is a fluidizing plate that allows air to pass through while preventing powder from passing. Air supplied through this plate fluidizes the powder, enabling smooth and consistent transfer to the injector.

Hoppers are manufactured from standard steel or stainless steel. Stainless steel hoppers provide longer service life and allow easier and faster cleaning.
