At Guard Powder, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure that the products you purchase meet your expectations. Our return and exchange processes are carried out under the following terms and conditions.

1. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met:

• A return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery
• The product must be unused, untested, and in its original packaging
• All accessories and parts must be returned complete and intact

Products that have been used, tested, installed, or operated are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return due to their nature:

• Consumables such as nozzles, electrodes, and deflectors
• Consumable products
• Powder coatings and chemical-based products
• Custom-made or specially ordered items
• Products with opened or tampered electronic components

3. Damaged or Missing Items

In case of damage caused during shipping:

• A damage report must be prepared at the time of delivery
• The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours, along with product photos

Returns without an official damage report will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

• The product will be inspected within 3–7 business days after it reaches us
• If approved, the refund process will be initiated
• Refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on your payment method

Shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of incorrect or defective product delivery.

5. Exchange

Exchanges may be made depending on stock availability.
Any price difference for exchanged products may be charged to the customer.
